SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Get free shipping within Australia when you order two pairs.

  • Shipping times ultimately depend on Australia Post, but on average shipping within QLD takes 1 - 2, interstate 3 - 5 and to NZL 5 - 7 business days.

  • Once the order has been picked up by Australia Post the customer receives an email notification including a tracking number for their shipment.

  • Exchange for size and/or style or refunds are possible within 30 days under the conditions that the shoes are unworn and show no traces of usage. Any shoes that have been worn outdoors cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • In case of material or manufacturer fault, we will provide a free exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase. Excluded from this is regular wear and tear.

  • If you would like to return a pair to us and request an exchange or a refund, please make sure to contact us first via email or the via the available contact form. We will then provide you with a return label.

  • items on sale or on clearance are eligible for exchange but not for a return and refund.
